While we carefully select every lure, crankbait, and accessory in our collection, we understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as casting a line.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, fly tying materials and opened soft lures cannot be returned or exchanged. All other products in our menu – including accessories for lures, crankbaits, exciters, fly, and WTD products – are eligible for returns if they meet the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than a trout takes a fly!) with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you that we’ve received your returned item
  • We’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or product:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
