Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium fishing tackle just as you stand by your favourite fishing spot. While we carefully select every lure, crankbait, and accessory in our collection, we understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item.
Key Points of Our Returns Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Eligible Items: Must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase
- Non-Returnable Items: Fly tying materials and opened soft lures (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is as easy as casting a line:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than a trout takes a fly!) with return instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (see below)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If you need a different size or product:

- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
